Advent Calendar for 2007

    Highlights: This year's theme was 'Advent of Dreams for the Holidays.' All pictures, photographs and sentiments reflected dreams and imagination. Daily calendar page was from a photograph of Neuschwanstein [pronouced: Noy + swan + stine], in Germany. Neuschwanstein is the ultimate dream come true; the epitome of a fairytale and a jigsaw puzzle of a castle. Perched on top of a mountain in the Bavarian Alps, this awe inspiring dream work of imagination is the third palace built by Ludwig II, in the nineteenth century. I am not alone in my opinion here, as the late Walt Disney of the 20^th century, was inspired by and  patterned his ‘Magic Kingdom’ and ‘Cinderella’s Castle, after the blueprint of Neuschwanstein. For our calendar in 2007, instead of opening windows, each day's mouse click, would turn on lights inside the castle.
